Responsible for recruiting and hiring staff that align with the values and mission statement of the company. Guides the hiring team and works to maintain an effective and time-efficient recruiting process.

Floor Manager

Responsible for hiring, certification, observation and feedback of staff; equipment acquisition and setup, equipment safety, and rotations. Collaborates with Business Lead and Sales and senior staff in team leadership.

Business Lead

Responsible for scheduling, payroll support, purchasing, bank deposit, and metric tracking. Collaborates with Floor Manager, Sales, and senior staff in team leadership.

Women’s Team Director

Responsible for women’s teams from training and certification of coaches to evaluating and documenting all team processes. The team director is also responsible for the organization and directing of all ASI women’s hosted meets.

Men’s Team Director

Responsible men’s teams from training and certification of coaches to evaluating and documenting all team processes. The team director is also responsible for the organization and directing of all ASI men’s hosted meets.
