This past weekend was the Beach Blast competition hosted by ASI Firewheel! ASI had five gyms participating in this competition: Allen, Arlington, Firewheel, Lake Highlands, and Keller. This meet consisted of Levels 1-7 and Xcel Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

The girls did great at this meet! Season is now almost over with only a few meets left. The Level 3’s have their TGGA State Meet on the weekend of April 23rd and their TAAF State Meet for Level 3 Placement on the weekend of May 7th. The Level 4’s and 5’s of ASI Keller have the Mardi Gras Madness competition coming up this weekend, April 16th-17th. Lastly, all Level 4’s have their TAAF State Meet May 14th-15th!
Practices are consisting of full-out routines and perfecting of every detail. These girls are putting in numerous hours in the gym to make sure that their routines are flawless for the state meets coming up. When it comes to close competition, every tenth counts! State competitions are high intensity and involve a high level of focus, something our ASI athletes have been looking forward to and training for for the past year. These hard-working ladies are getting prepared to take on state and we know they are going to rock it! Good luck ladies!
