The Olympics will be over soon, which means the Kellogg’s Gymnastics Tour of Champions will begin! This tour goes all around the country. Not only will it include top gymnasts such as Nastia Liukin and Jordyn Weiber, some of your most recent Olympians will be there!
“This is going to be the best show we have ever produced,” said Steve Penny, president of USA Gymnastics. “We will celebrate our athletes’ success in Rio, as well as what gymnastics means to kids and fans of all ages. This will be a special opportunity for fans across America to see the USA’s best-known and well-loved gymnasts.”
Some of the athletes attending this year will be three-time World Champion Simone Biles, 2012 Olympic Champion Gabby Douglas, 2012 Olympic Gold medalist Aly Raisman, 2008 Olympic Champion Nastia Liukin, and 2012 Olympic Gold medalist Jordyn Wieber. There will also be members of both the 2012 and 2016 U.S. Olympic Gymnastics Teams.
This show gives your young gymnasts the opportunity to see these Olympic athletes perform some fun and exciting routines, all in-person! You’ve been reading about these gymnasts all year and watching their routines on the Olympic stage in Rio and now it’s time to celebrate their successes.
