The Gym Manager is primarily responsible for client fulfillment in the gym. Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to hiring staff, safety in the gym, and providing certified, competent, and confident coaches at all activities in the gym.
The Sales Manager is responsible for hiring staff in concert with the Gym Manager. Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to recruiting, interviewing, hiring, scheduling, meeting metric goals, and maintaining an excellent safety record. The Sales Manager must show strong written and verbal communication skills, as well the ability to analyze and problem solve.
Floor Manager has general responsibilities for orchestrating rotations, ratios, progress checks, and floor interviews.
