This is an introductory class. Girls will learn 36 basic gymnastic skills on girls’ gymnastics apparatus. Upon completion of this level, gymnasts will be promoted to a Silver Gymnastics Class.
Some fun Bronze skills include:
- Front roll and back roll
- Cartwheel
- Seat drop on trampoline
- Front support on the bars
- How to run
