This is an intermediate gymnastics class, developing athletic growth and discipline. Girls will learn 30 gymnastics skills on girls’ gymnastics apparatus. Prerequisites for this class: gymnast must pass Girls Bronze or placement evaluation.
Some fun Silver skills include:
- Spotted back handspring on trampoline
- Pullover on bars
- Cartwheel to handstand dismount on low beam
