That’s OK. If you have spent at least $150 at the time we distribute the tuition credit, you will qualify.
How do I look up the amount of money I have spent?
That’s a good question. You can review your spending in the ledger through your myASI account.
What do I have to spend my money on in order to receive tuition credit?
At the end of each quarter, we look for any money spent on class tuition, Gymnastics After School tuition, Birthday Parties, Camps, Parents’ Night Outs, Open Gyms, and any other apparel purchased at the gym (excluding meet purchases).
If I’m enrolled in the Gymnastics After School program, am I eligible for the tuition credit?
Yes! You are eligible.
Does the money I spend on Team uniforms, ASI meets, including entry fees and concessions, count towards my total spent in the quarter?
Any money spent on Team uniforms or ASI meets will not count towards for quarterly spending.
How do I redeem my tuition credit?
Once you have received the email from us stating your tuition credit amount for the quarter, you will click on the link to redeem the credit. It will then be added to your account towards next month’s tuition.
How long do I have to redeem my tuition credit after receiving the email?
You will have 72 hours to redeem your tuition credit. After 72 hours, it will expire.
What if I receive my tuition credit but plan to drop the following month?
The tuition credit is only good if you are staying enrolled for the following month. If you drop, the credit will be voided.
Which email will the tuition credit notification be sent to at the end of each quarter?
It will be sent to the primary email on your myASI account. Make sure your primary email in your myASI account matches the email you used to opt-in.
Can I earn additional tuition credit by spending over $600 each quarter?
The maximum credit is $15 per quarter, per family.
Can I give my tuition credit to another family to redeem?
The credit can only be redeemed towards your tuition. It is not transferrable to another family.
Is the tuition credit per child or per family?
The credit is per family, not per child.
Do I have to be on auto-pay to receive the tuition credit?
No.
Can I be notified via phone call of my tuition credit if I don’t check my email often?
The tuition credit will only be sent via email. Please make sure you have opted-in to be on our mailing list.
If I enroll at the beginning of a quarter, take a break, then re-enroll prior to the end of the quarter, am I eligible for the tuition credit?
Yes. All money spent within a quarter will be calculated in your total and the appropriate credit amount will be issued. You must be enrolled at the time of redemption.
Does the money I spend on Birthday Parties, Open Gyms, and Parents’ Night Outs count if I end up enrolling in a class for that quarter?
Yes. All money you spend prior to enrolling will be calculated in your total and the appropriate tuition credit will be issued.
If my student attends multiple ASI locations for classes, Camps, and Open Gyms, will the total amount spent between all ASI locations be reflected in my quarterly total?
Yes. The total spent at each gym will be calculated and reflected in your tuition credit notification.
I still have Rewards Points to redeem from the previous myRewards Program. Can I still use them?
ALL previous Rewards Points expired on December 31, 2014.
