LIFETIME REGISTRATION FEE
$30 per Student (upon each enrollment) is required for monthly class enrollment. Parties, Open Gyms, Parents’ Night Outs, and camps do not require a registration fee. This is a lifetime registration fee and is non-refundable.
MONTHLY TUITION PROCESSING
Monthly tuition is due by the 1st of the month. All credit card payments for tuition will be processed on the last business day of the month. (Example: A payment on May 31 pays tuition for June.)
PAYMENT METHODS
- Autopay Credit or Debit Card – Funds are automatically processed on a member’s credit or debit card on the last business day of the month.
DROP FROM CLASS
Members wishing to drop Students from gymnastics classes must notify ASI Gymnastics via your myASI account prior to the last business day of the month.
To drop your student using myASI:
- Sign in to your account
- Select student enrollment
- Select drop
- Select request drop
Verbal, email, or voicemail drop requests will not be honored.
Members dropping Students from class prior to the last business day of the month will not be charged for tuition.
Members dropping Students from class on the last business day or on the first business day of the month will be issued a Store Credit and no refund.
Members dropping Students from class after the first business day of the month will not be issued a store credit or refund.
STORE CREDITS
ASI Gymnastics does not issue refunds. We do issue good faith store credits for Members that drop classes in proper accordance with the Drop Policy. There may be other unique cases where a Store Credit is issued. All Store Credits expire one year after the issue date unless expressly specified in writing by ASI Gymnastics to the Member at the time of issuance.
LATE FEES
Tuition paid after the 1st of the month will incur a $5 late fee. This will include all expired or declined credit card transactions.
48 CLASSES PER YEAR
ASI Gymnastics guarantees an average of 4 lessons per month over a 12 month period. Most months have four lessons. Some months have five lessons, and very few have three lessons. Most gymnasts actually receive 50 lessons per year if they attend every week!
ATTENDANCE
ASI Gymnastics has open enrollment year-round for all classes. Each class is charged a flat monthly fee. The fee reserves the gymnast’s place in the class whether attending or not. Therefore, there are no refunds for classes missed including scheduled holidays.
WHAT TO WEAR
Boys and Girls may wear tucked-in t-shirts and shorts. Girls may wear leotards.
All should be barefoot while in class. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that it stays up for the entire workout. No chewing gum or jewelry is allowed. Personal items should be left in cubby holes. ASI Gymnastics will not be responsible for any items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your Gymnast’s personal items are marked with their name.
GYMNASTICS AFTER SCHOOL TUITION (GAS)
All Gymnastics After School Families are required to pay tuition using autopay credit or debit card payment. Members are required to stay current on tuition assuring Students are not dropped from the program. Gymnastics After School vans are not allowed to pick up students at school that are not currently enrolled.
BIRTHDAY PARTY CANCELLATION POLICY
Families must contact the gym sales representative by phone or in person to cancel or reschedule a party. Parties may be rescheduled up to two weeks prior to the party date. Parties may be canceled up to two weeks prior to the party date and a store credit will be issued. Store credits, and/or rescheduled parties are not allowed within 2 weeks of the party date.
Party cancellations via voicemail, text, or email are not allowed. All ASI Birthday Parties are non-refundable.
PERMISSION MARKETING
ASI Gymnastics may send transactional and promotional emails to prospects and members. Transactional emails consist of emails pertaining to your Member account such as monthly statements, credit card receipts, class information, reward programs, Student enrollments, and privacy mailings. Promotional emails consist of emails about upcoming events and services that may be of value to our Members.
An email address is required for creating an account with ASI Gymnastics. Transactional emails will be sent to any ASI Gymnastics Member when it is necessary to communicate important information to your Family about your Member account.
Promotional emails will only be sent to Members who have agreed to receive promotional emails from ASI Gymnastics. Any Member who agrees to receive promotional email from ASI Gymnastics can opt-out at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe button in any promotional email or by contacting their local ASI Gymnastics location.
MEDIA RELEASE AND CONSENT
I authorize ASI Gymnastics to copy, reproduce or publish my and/or my child’s photograph and/or recorded audio or video, for the purpose of illustration, advertising, display, audio/visual, public relations, and social media purposes.
OPEN CARRY POLICY
I acknowledge that ASI Gymnastics is sanctioned member of the United States Association of Gymnastics (USAG) and a member of the Texas Amateur Athletic Federation. Our coaches are professional members of the USAG. We also host gymnastics events in our facilities. By State Law, it is illegal to carry weapons on the premises of ASI Gymnastics and by accepting Membership, I agree not to carry weapons on ASI Gymnastics property.
TOBACCO POLICY
ASI Gymnastics is a tobacco-free environment. The use of cigarettes, vapes, tobacco-related products, and/or e-cigs are prohibited on all ASI Gymnastics premises.
UPDATE TO POLICIES
The current version of ASI Gymnastics policies posted online supersedes all previously posted or issued versions of the same as of the date specified below. ASI Gymnastics reserves the right to change policies at any time. Members of ASI Gymnastics are required to periodically review revised policies posted online.

LIABILITY RELEASE, WAIVER, AND CONSENT AGREEMENT
I(we), the Responsible Party, by signing this agreement expressly acknowledge that this agreement contains a liability release and other risk-shifting provisions which may operate to shift risk from ASI Gymnastics to the Student and/or the Family, and the Responsible Party expressly accepts the responsibilities and duties resulting from such provisions. The Responsible Party(s) signing this agreement admit(s) reading and understanding the terms contained in this agreement.
I/(We), for myself/(ourselves) and the Student, hereby expressly acknowledge and assume the personal, physical and other risks associated with the Student’s attendance and participation in activities associated with or conducted by ASI Gymnastics, whether such activities occur or take place on and/or off the premises of ASI Gymnastics.
I/(We), for myself/(ourselves) and the Student, for consideration of enrollment as a Student of ASI Gymnastics and the opportunity to attend and participate in ASI Gymnastics Activities, hereby completely release(s) and hold(s) harmless ASI Gymnastics and its owners, directors, officers, managers, employees, and servants from any and all liabilities, claims, causes of actions, demands, damages, and/or monetary judgments arising from or attributable to, whether directly or indirectly, any ASI Gymnastics Activities, including but not limited to: (i) any injury, harm, illness or condition, whether physical, emotional, mental, or otherwise, suffered by or experienced by the Student (and/or his/her Family) arising from or in connection with attending or participating in classes, events, programs, or other activities of ASI Gymnastics, (ii) the act(s) and/or omission(s) of ASI Gymnastics and its owners, directors, officers, managers, employees, and servants, (iii) transportation between facilities, gyms and other activities associated with ASI Gymnastics, and/or (iv) any medical attention, treatment or urgent care provided by any person to the Student and all related costs and/or expenses.
I/(We) hereby expressly waive, now and forever, any right to file and/or pursue any claim, cause of action, or other legal proceedings against ASI Gymnastics and its owners, directors, officers, managers, employees, and servants with respect to the matters being released herein.
I (we) grant(s) express permission to ASI Gymnastics to use transportation.
In case of injury or illness, I (we) consent and expressly grant the staff of ASI Gymnastics the authority to obtain medical assistance and treatment, as they deem necessary. I understand that neither ASI Gymnastics, its officers, agents, employees nor servants shall be responsible for any medical expenses incurred on behalf of the Student and that I(we) am (are) responsible for all payment of medical expenses so incurred.
ACCIDENT INSURANCE
I(We) affirm that I/(we) now have and will at all times continue to maintain proper hospitalization, health, and accident insurance plans and/or policies in the amounts and coverage which is adequate for the health, welfare, and protection of the Student and our Family.
CUSTOMER WARNING (as required by United States Association of Gymnastics)
By the very nature of the activity, gymnastics carries a risk of physical injury. No matter how careful the gymnast and coach are no matter how many spotters are used, no matter what surface exists, the risk cannot be eliminated. The risk of injury includes minor injuries such as broken bones, dislocations, and muscle pull. The risk also includes, and always includes catastrophic injuries such as permanent paralysis or even death from landings or falls on the back, neck, or head.
SAFE FUN AT ASI GYMNASTICS
I affirm that I have read the ASI Gymnastics Safe Fun Guidelines, the ASI Gymnastics Safe Fun Participant Responsibilities, and I agree to respect and follow all Safety Instructions. I will follow all warning signs, posted in the facility, on electronic media, and issued verbally by ASI Gymnastics staff. By the very nature of the activity, gymnastics carries a risk of physical injury. I agree to accept all risks associated with my child’s participation in gymnastics. BILLING AUTHORIZATION
I represent and warrant that if I am purchasing something or paying for a service from this facility or from other merchants through this facility that (i) any credit or debit card information I supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by me will be honored by my credit card company or financial institution, and (iii) I will pay the charges incurred by me at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, fees, and penalties.
I hereby authorize (if online payment is made or autopay information is provided) this facility to charge my credit or debit card account. I understand that notice is required prior to the last business day of the month to terminate billing and I am responsible for payment whether or not my student attends classes until I notify this facility, via myASI, to drop my student from class(es).
Should I dispute a charge through my financial institution this will constitute a breach of contract possibly resulting in, but not limited to, penalties, additional fees, collection, legal action, and/or termination of any and/or all current and future services.
DEFINITIONS
ASI means ASI Gymnastics.
ASI Gymnastics means all companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates doing business as or operating under the name of ASI Gymnastics.
ASI Gymnastics Activities means all activities and operations associated with, sponsored by, or conducted by ASI Gymnastics, whether such activities and operations occur, are held or take place on and/or off the premises of ASI Gymnastics.
Family means one or more Responsible parties and one or more Students.
Gymnast means a person who participates in the sport of gymnastics.
Member means Responsible Party.
Responsible Party means a parent or legal guardian of a Student.
Student means Gymnast.
