General Questions
How do I register for Spot TV?
- Register by filling out the ASI Spot TV Enrollment Request and Release Form
- Once approved, you will receive an email to create a Spot TV account
- You will receive a second email once your Spot TV account has been activated.
- Please note, you will not be able to access your account until it is approved by an ASI team member.
Who is eligible to sign up for Spot TV?
Active members of ASI that have autopay saved on file. Members must have a child enrolled in class to be considered “active”.
Who has access to Spot TV?
Only approved active members of ASI Gymnastics have access to view Spot TV. Users can only access the live video the day of their class.
Why can’t I login to my account?
For the security of our members, each account has to be manually reviewed and approved by the gym Sales Manager. Once your account has been approved, you will receive an email notifying that your account has been activated.
What is the cost to access spot TV?
Save by paying a yearly subscription for $18, or pay as you go for $3 / month. Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable.
Do I need to pay for two subscriptions if I have two children enrolled?
No. If your children attend on different days of the week, ASI will set up your account to have access for both days.
Is there an additional cost for ASI Team members?
No. ASI will set up your account to have access for each day your child attends.
When can I access Spot TV?
Members can only access Spot TV the day their child attends class. You can login for 20 mins up to 10 times per day.
Can members record video, replay video, or take screenshots from Spot TV?
No. For security, members only have access to view the live video stream.
