Ninja Bronze students develop agility, coordination, strength, balance, gripping, swinging, jumping, and landing skills. They also learn proper rolling and flipping on the floor and trampoline. These are the basics of Parkour and Gymnastics.
Ninja Bronze skills needed to promote to Ninja Silver:

Your 3-4 year old will swing, flip, hang, and traverse their way through obstacles while learning to follow directions, make friends, and focus. This fast-paced, 50-minute class will focus on building coordination, balance, and strength while having fun! Your child will move nonstop through obstacle courses on the ground and in our cannonball alley specifically designed to challenge your little ninja in safe, fun ways. They will learn air awareness on the trampolines. They will build strength as they conquer the warped wall and hang from various holds in our cannonball alley. Each week they will learn new moves through obstacle courses. Once they can follow directions, interact positively with their coaches and fellow ninjas, and develop the coordination and strength needed, they will move up to our Ninja Bronze program.

The Boys Pre-Team program provides an opportunity for athletes to transition from recreational gymnastics to the developmental levels of competitive gymnastics. The primary goal is to provide the necessary foundation an athlete needs to perform USAG Level 3 skills on all (6) events: Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, Horizontal Bar.
Weekly 2-hour or 4-hour practice depending on location.
The Girls Pre-Team program provides an opportunity for athletes to transition from recreational gymnastics to the developmental levels of competitive gymnastics. The primary goal is to provide the necessary foundation an athlete needs to perform Level 1 skills on all (4) events: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, and Floor Exercise.
