The Boys Pre-Team program provides an opportunity for athletes to transition from recreational gymnastics to the developmental levels of competitive gymnastics. The primary goal is to provide the necessary foundation an athlete needs to perform USAG Level 3 skills on all (6) events: Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, Horizontal Bar.

All Level 10 team gymnasts are required to attend five 4-hour workouts per week. Workouts include a tumbling rotation, but adding an additional power tumbling class is strongly recommended. Team members may add power tumbling classes at a discounted rate.
*Prerequisites: Gymnast must successfully complete an evaluation.
