Girls Team Level 2

All Level 2 team gymnasts are required to attend two 2-hour workouts per week. Workouts include a tumbling rotation, but adding an additional power tumbling class is strongly recommended. Team members may add power tumbling classes at a discounted rate.

*Prerequisites: Gymnast must successfully complete an evaluation.

Power Tumbling Advanced Gold 6+

This is the most advanced level tumbling class for boys and girls. Prerequisites: Passed Power Tumbling Gold or placement evaluation. Students will fully showcase all tumbling skills.

Some fun Advanced Gold skills include:

  • Roundoff back handspring back tuck
  • Roundoff back handspring back layout
  • Roundoff back handspring back full

*GOAL: To perfect the tumbling skills acquired and use them in other activities

Power Tumbling Gold 6+

This is an advanced level tumbling class for boys and girls. Prerequisites: Passed Power Tumbling Silver or placement evaluation. Students overcome personal fear and learn to use their strength.

Some fun Gold skills include:

  • Roundoff back handspring series on floor
  • Standing back handspring
  • Standing back tuck on trampoline

*GOAL: To promote to Power Tumbling Advanced Gold

Power Tumbling Silver 6+

This is an intermediate level tumbling class for boys and girls. Prerequisites: Passed Power Tumbling Bronze or placement evaluation. Students will build confidence and trust.

Some fun Silver skills include:

  • Roundoff on floor
  • Back handspring on trampoline
